17A-2-538. Interference with works a misdemeanor.Any person who shall wrongfully and purposely fill up, cut, injure, destroy, or in any manner impair the usefulness of any drain, ditch or other work constructed under this part, or heretofore constructed under any law of this state, or that may have been heretofore or may hereafter be voluntarily constructed for the purpose of drainage or protection against overflow shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
