17A-2-537. Appointment of trustee -- Vacancy -- No more than two trustees from same county in multicounty district.(1) The county legislative body shall appoint trustees and fill vacancies by following the procedures and requirements of Title 17A, Chapter 1, Part 3, Special District Board Selection Procedures.
(2) If the lands in the drainage district are situated in different counties, not more than two of the members of the board of trustees shall be from any one of those counties.
