     17A-2-525.   Sale price certified.
     When any such lands have been sold for delinquent drainage taxes in the manner provided for in the drainage laws of the state and as mentioned in this part, a statement of such sale showing the price at which each legal subdivision was sold shall be officially certified by the county treasurer of the county in which such lands are located to the state land commissioner, or other proper officer of the state, immediately after the completion of such sale.
