2006 Utah Code - 17A-2-512 — Qualification and duties of treasurer.

     17A-2-512.   Qualification and duties of treasurer.
     The treasurer shall prepare and submit in writing to the board an annual and a monthly report of receipts and disbursements, and pay out money only upon a warrant signed by the chair, and countersigned by another officer other than the treasurer. The treasurer shall likewise perform such other duties as the board may require.
