     17A-2-428.   Tax anticipation notes.
     (1) The board of trustees of a county service area may issue notes in anticipation of the receipt of taxes levied and revenues to be collected under this part.
     (2) Notes issued under Subsection (1) shall be issued as provided in Title 11, Chapter 14, Local Government Bonding Act.
