17A-2-325. Creation of districts authorized.Improvement districts may be created within this state under authority of Chapter 24, Laws of Utah, 1949, as amended by this session of the Legislature, despite the fact that all or any part of any district thereby created lies within the boundaries of a water conservancy district theretofore or thereafter created under authority of Part 14, Water Conservancy Districts.
