17A-2-322. Ratification of districts created under prior laws.All improvement districts heretofore created or purported to be created within counties of the first class under the provisions of Chapter 24, Laws of Utah, 1949, are hereby validated, ratified, and confirmed and declared to be validly created improvement districts with the boundaries given them by the county legislative bodies creating such districts.
