     17A-2-315.   Publication of resolution or proceeding -- Right to contest legality.
     The board of trustees may provide for the publication of any resolution or other proceeding adopted by the board in a newspaper published in or having general circulation in the district. For a period of 30 days after the date of the publication, any person in interest may contest the legality of the resolution or proceeding, and after that 30-day period no one may contest the regularity, formality, or legality of the resolution or proceeding for any cause whatsoever.
