2006 Utah Code - 17A-2-313 — Authority of district.

     17A-2-313.   Authority of district.
     Any district created hereunder may own property, appropriate and otherwise acquire water and water rights within and without its boundaries and may sell water or other services to consumers residing outside its boundaries.
