2006 Utah Code - 17A-2-219 — Acquisition and possession of property -- Legal title.

     17A-2-219.   Acquisition and possession of property -- Legal title.
     The legal title to all property acquired under the provisions of this part shall immediately, and by operation of law, vest in such cemetery maintenance district and shall be held by such district in trust for and is dedicated and set aside to the uses and purposes set forth in this part.
