17A-1-405. Fiscal year.All special districts shall adopt the budgeting and reporting fiscal year of the entity creating the district, with the exception of water conservancy districts created under Chapter 2, Part 14. Exceptions may be granted by the state auditor with the approval of the special district advisory committee when the operations of a district may be impaired by this requirement.
