17A-1-205. Special districts subject to local district provisions relating to collection of water and sewer service fees.Each special district under this title is subject to the provisions of Title 17B, Chapter 2, Part 8, Collection of Water and Sewer Service Fees, to the same extent as if the special district were a local district under Title 17B, Chapter 2, Local Districts.
