2006 Utah Code - 13-33-203 — Commission secretary.

     13-33-203.   Commission secretary.
     (1) The commission shall employ a secretary to conduct the commission's business, who must not be a member of the commission.
     (2) The secretary serves at the pleasure of the commission.
