2006 Utah Code - 10-3-1206 — Limitation on changing form of government.
10-3-1206. Limitation on changing form of government.Following approval of an optional form of municipal government by the voters of a municipality, no other form of municipal government may be adopted for a period of four years after the election at which the optional form was approved.
