2006 Utah Code - 10-3-804 — Change in names, functions and superintendents of departments.

     10-3-804.   Change in names, functions and superintendents of departments.
     The governing body may by majority vote change the names and functions of the departments and their respective superintendents to which any member has been assigned whenever it is in the best interest of the city.
