2006 Utah Code - 10-3-802 — Designation of department head in cities of the first class.
10-3-802. Designation of department head in cities of the first class.In cities of the first class, the city commission at its first regular meeting after the first Monday in January following a municipal election shall assign to each commissioner by a majority vote one of the five departments in Section 10-3-801 which each commissioner is to administer.
