2006 Utah Code - 10-3-207 — Determining two and four year terms.

     10-3-207.   Determining two and four year terms.
     Where both two and four year terms are to be filled by election or appointment, the election ballot or appointment shall clearly state which persons are to be elected or appointed to the shorter term and to the longer term.
