     9-14-101.   Definitions.
     As used in this chapter:
     (1) "Board" means the Rural Development Fund Board.
     (2) "Development Fund" means the Rural Development Fund.
     (3) "Division" means the Division of Housing and Community Development.
     (4) "Eligible entity" means Garfield, Kane, Piute, or Wayne County and an incorporated municipality or special service district within those counties.
