§2331. Procurement of detection equipment for United States border security |
Of the amount authorized to be appropriated by section 301,1 $15,000,000 is available for the procurement of— (1) equipment capable of detecting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States; (2) equipment capable of interdicting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States; and (3) materials and technologies related to use of equipment described in paragraph (1) or (2). |
