CODIFICATION
Sections 172 and 173, relating to Territory of Alaska, were omitted in view of admission of Alaska into the Union. Section 172, act Mar. 3, 1909, ch. 266, 35 Stat. 837, authorized appointment of school employees as special peace officers. Section 173, act Feb. 25, 1925, ch. 320, §1, 43 Stat. 978, authorized establishment of a system of vocational training for aboriginal natives. |
