§2910. Preemption of other Federal and State programs; applicability of provisions to amendments to orders |
(a) Nothing in this chapter may be construed to preempt or supersede any other program relating to beef promotion organized and operated under the laws of the United States or any State. (b) The provisions of this chapter applicable to the order shall be applicable to amendments to the order. |
