(a) Fiscal Years 2006 Through 2013.—There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary—

(1) $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26101; and

(2) $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26102,


for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2013.

(b) Funds To Remain Available.—Funds made available under this section shall remain available until expended.
