LIMITATION ON INVOLUNTARY SEPARATION OF PERSONNEL
Pub. L. 116–283, div. A, title IX, §905(b), Jan. 1, 2021, 134 Stat. 3799, which provided that personnel of the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation could not be involuntarily separated from service during the one-year period beginning on Jan. 1, 2021, except for cause, was repealed by Pub. L. 117–81, div. A, title IX, §902(d), Dec. 27, 2021, 135 Stat. 1869. ADMINISTRATION OF PROGRAMSPub. L. 116–283, div. A, title IX, §905(c), Jan. 1, 2021, 134 Stat. 3799, which authorized the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation to administer any program, project, or other activity administered by the Office of Economic Adjustment of the Department of Defense, was repealed by Pub. L. 117–81, div. A, title IX, §902(d), Dec. 27, 2021, 135 Stat. 1869. |
