Section 841, act Aug. 13, 1946, ch. 957, title III, §301, 60 Stat. 1001, related to compliance with laws, international agreements, and executive orders. Section 842, act Aug. 13, 1946, ch. 957, title III, §302, 60 Stat. 1001, authorized Secretary, where not inconsistent with authority of President, to govern duties by regulations. Section 843, act Aug. 13, 1946, ch. 957, title III, §303, 60 Stat. 1002, authorized President to delegate to Secretary authority to prescribe regulations. |
