Section 87, act Mar. 3, 1901, ch. 830, §1, 31 Stat. 968, related to requiring or permitting employees of House to sublet duties. Section 88, act Mar. 3, 1901, ch. 830, §1, 31 Stat. 968, prescribed age limits of twelve and eighteen for service as pages in House of Representatives but made the restriction inapplicable to chief pages, riding pages, and telephone pages.
