The requirements under this chapter shall terminate after the final submission covering fiscal year 2021. |

The text of subsec. (j) of section 2432 of this title, which was transferred to this section and amended by Pub. L. 116–283, §1849(b), was based on Pub. L. 116–92, div. A, title VIII, §830(a)(2), Dec. 20, 2019, 133 Stat. 1492. PRIOR PROVISIONSA prior section 4350 was renumbered section 7450 of this title. AMENDMENTS2021—Pub. L. 116–283, §1849(b), transferred subsec. (j) of section 2432 of this title to this section, struck out the subsec. designation and heading, and substituted "this chapter" for "this section". EFFECTIVE DATESection and amendment by Pub. L. 116–283 effective Jan. 1, 2022, with additional provisions for delayed implementation and applicability of existing law, see section 1801(d) of Pub. L. 116–283, set out as an Effective Date of 2021 Amendment note preceding section 3001 of this title. |
