EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEAL
Pub. L. 114–328, div. A, title XII, §1241(d)(5), Dec. 23, 2016, 130 Stat. 2504, provided that the repeal of this section is effective as of the date that is 270 days after Dec. 23, 2016. |
