Section 3793a, Pub. L. 90–351, title I, §1002, as added Pub. L. 96–157, §2, Dec. 27, 1979, 93 Stat. 1218, required maintenance of a fund for juvenile delinquency programs consisting of minimum of 19.15 per centum of the appropriations each fiscal year for title I of Pub. L. 90–351. Another section 1002 of Pub. L. 90–351, title V, June 19, 1968, 82 Stat. 235, is classified as a note under section 7313 of Title 5, Government Organization and Employees. Section 3793b, Pub. L. 90–351, title I, §1003, as added Pub.
