EXTENSION OF BENEFITS TO PROJECTS AUTHORIZED BEFORE AUG. 7, 1956

ADMISSION OF ALASKA AND HAWAII TO STATEHOODAlaska was admitted into the Union on Jan. 3, 1959, on issuance of Proc.
