| §6310. Leave of absence; aliens | ||||||
|
The head of the agency concerned may grant leave of absence with pay, not in excess of the amount of annual and sick leave allowable to citizen employees under this subchapter, to alien employees who occupy positions outside the United States. |

The words "head of the agency concerned" are substituted for "head of the department or agency concerned". Standard changes are made to conform with the definitions applicable and the style of this title as outlined in the preface to the report. |
