§2901. Commission of an officer | ||||||
The President may make out and deliver, after adjournment of the Senate, the commission of an officer whose appointment has been confirmed by the Senate. |

The words "confirmed by" are substituted for "advised and consented to". Standard changes are made to conform with the definitions applicable and the style of this title as outlined in the preface to the report. |
