| §1322. Fellowship recipients |
|
Recipients of fellowships under this subchapter shall be— (a) persons who have been accepted by an institution of higher education for graduate study leading to an advanced degree or for a professional degree, and (b) persons who plan a career in the field of energy resources, production, or utilization. |
