The Secretary of the Navy shall have a seal for the Department of the Navy. The design of the seal must be approved by the President. Judicial notice shall be taken of the seal. |

A prior section 8012 was renumbered section 9012 of this title. Another prior section 8012 was renumbered section 8013 of this title and subsequently repealed. AMENDMENTS2018—Pub.
