EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEAL
Pub. L. 110–181, div. A, title X, §1072(b)(3), Jan. 28, 2008, 122 Stat. 330, provided that: "The amendments made by this subsection [repealing this section] shall take effect on January 1, 2008." |
