CODIFICATION
Section 3711 was editorially reclassified as section 10101 of Title 34, Crime Control and Law Enforcement. SHORT TITLE OF 1994 AMENDMENTPub. L. 103–322, title XXXII, §320701, Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2121, provided that subtitle G of title XXXII of Pub. L. 103–322, which amended former section 3760 of this title and enacted provisions formerly set out as a note under former section 3760 of this title, could be cited as the "Safer Streets and Neighborhoods Act of 1994". |
