§9253. Authorization of appropriations |
(a) In general
There are authorized to be appropriated for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2021— (1) $3,000,000 to carry out section 103 of the North Korea Human Rights Act of 2004 (22 U.S.C. 7813); (2) $3,000,000 to carry out subsections (a), (b), and (c) of section 104 of that Act (22 U.S.C. 7814); (3) $2,000,000 to carry out subsection (d) of such section 104, as add 1 by section 301 of this Act; and (4) $2,000,000 to carry out section 203 of the North Korea Human Rights Act of 2004 (22 U.S.C. 7833). Amounts appropriated for each fiscal year pursuant to subsection (a) shall remain available until expended. |
