§2106. Member of Congress |
For the purpose of this title, "Member of Congress" means the Vice President, a member of the Senate or the House of Representatives, a Delegate to the House of Representatives, and the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico. |

The section is supplied to avoid the necessity of defining "Member of Congress" each time the term is used in this title. AMENDMENTS1979—Pub. L. 96–54 substituted "to the House of Representatives" for "from the District of Columbia". 1970—Pub. L. 91–405 included Delegate from District of Columbia.
