| §48105. Weather reporting services | ||||||
|
To reimburse the Secretary of Commerce for the cost incurred by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of providing weather reporting services to the Federal Aviation Administration, the Secretary of Transportation may expend from amounts available under section 48104 of this title not more than the following amounts: (1) for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1993, $35,596,000. (2) for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1994, $37,800,000. (3) for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1995, $39,000,000. |
