CODIFICATION
Section 737, act May 14, 1908, ch. 168, §4, 35 Stat. 162, as affected by act June 17, 1910, ch. 301, §6, 36 Stat. 538, related to maintenance of anchorage buoys in New York and Philadelphia harbors. See section 472 of this title. Section 738, act June 5, 1920, ch. 235, §1, 41 Stat. 880, provided that the Lighthouse Service should cooperate with the Coast Guard in marking certain anchorage grounds. The Lighthouse Service was consolidated in the Coast Guard by Reorg. Plan No. II of 1939, §2(a), eff. July 1, 1939, 4 F.R. 2731, 53 Stat. 1432, set out in the Appendix to Title 5, Government Organization and Employees. |
