Section, Pub. L. 92–189, §2, Dec. 15, 1971, 85 Stat. 646; Pub. L. 110–315, title IX, §946(a), Aug. 14, 2008, 122 Stat. 3468, which related to purpose of former sections 640a to 640c–3 of this title, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application. SHORT TITLE OF 2008 AMENDMENTPub. L. 110–315, title IX, §945, Aug. 14, 2008, 122 Stat. 3468, provided that subpart 2 (§§945, 946) of part E of title IX of Pub. L. 110–315 [see Tables for classification] could be cited as the "Navajo Nation Higher Education Act of 2008". SHORT TITLE OF 1978 AMENDMENTPub. L. 95–471, title II, §201, Oct. 17, 1978, 92 Stat. 1329, provided that title II of Pub.
