Section, act Aug. 13, 1946, ch. 957, title V, §525, 60 Stat. 1010, authorized Secretary to define active duty period of Reserve officers.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEALRepeal by Pub. L. 86–723 effective first day of first pay period which begins more than thirty days after Sept. 8, 1960, see Pub. L. 86–723, §56(a), Sept. 8, 1960, 74 Stat. 848.
