L. 103–182, title VI, §689(a)(1), Dec. 8, 1993, 107 Stat. 2222, which related to discriminating duty on goods imported in foreign vessels or from foreign countries and was also classified in part to section 146 of the former Appendix to Title 46, Shipping, was restated in section 60502(a) of Title 46, Shipping, by Pub. L. 109–304, §9(b), Oct. 6, 2006, 120 Stat. 1674.
§129. Discriminating dutiesNo part of the additional or discriminating duty imposed by law on merchandise on account of its importation in foreign vessels shall be allowed to be drawback, but the whole shall be retained.
