There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out the provisions of this chapter—
(1) $337,844,000 for fiscal year 2007;
(2) $347,684,000 for fiscal year 2008;
(3) $357,524,000 for fiscal year 2009;
(4) $367,364,000 for fiscal year 2010;
(5) $377,204,000 for fiscal year 2011;
(6) $387,044,000 for fiscal year 2012; and
(7) $396,875,000 for fiscal year 2013.

AMENDMENTS2007—Pub. L. 109–479 reenacted section catchline without change and amended text generally, substituting provisions authorizing appropriations for fiscal years 2007 to 2013 for provisions authorizing appropriations for fiscal years 1996 to 1999.
