Section, R.S. §5170, required publication of certificate of authority to commence banking for 60 days after issuance.
CODIFICATIONR.S. §5170 derived from act June 3, 1864, ch. 106, §18, 13 Stat. 104, which was the National Bank Act. See section 38 of this title.
