Section, act Aug. 14, 1935, ch. 531, title XIX, §1926, as added Dec. 19, 1989, Pub. L. 101–239, title VI, §6402(b), 103 Stat. 2260, related to adequate payment levels for obstetrical and pediatric services.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEALPub. L. 105–33, title IV, §4713(b), Aug. 5, 1997, 111 Stat. 509, provided that: "The repeal made by subsection (a) [repealing this section] shall apply to services furnished on or after October 1, 1997."
