Section 1831, Pub. L. 89–10, title IV, §431, as added Pub. L. 93–380, title IV, §401, Aug. 21, 1974, 88 Stat. 543; amended Pub. Section 1832, Pub. L. 89–10, title IV, §432, as added Pub.
