REDESIGNATION OF ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE FOR INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS AND COMMODITY PROGRAMSPub. L. 95–501, title V, §501(c), Oct. 21, 1978, 92 Stat. 1691, which prohibited the use of the designation of "Assistant Secretary of Agriculture for International Affairs and Commodity Programs" after Oct. 21, 1978, was omitted in the complete revision of Pub.
