§1040. Farmers' Home Administration funds account
When authorized by appropriation or other law, funds of the Farmers' Home Administration available for administrative expenses may be placed in a single account.
(Aug. 3, 1956, ch. 950, §9(b), 70 Stat. 1034.)
CODIFICATIONSection was enacted as part of the Department of Agriculture Organic Act of 1956, and not as part of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act which constitutes a major part of this chapter.
