There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part $1,095,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2012.

AMENDMENTS2008—Pub. L. 110–294 substituted "for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2012" for "for fiscal year 2006 and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2007 through 2009".
EFFECTIVE DATESection applicable with respect to the first fiscal year beginning after Jan. 5, 2006, and each fiscal year thereafter, see section 1111(d) of Pub. L. 109–162, set out as an Effective Date of 2006 Amendment note under section 3750 of this title.
