Reinstatement of insurance coverage granted under this subchapter but lapsed for nonpayment of premiums shall be under terms and conditions prescribed by the Secretary.

AMENDMENTS1991—Pub. L. 102–83 renumbered section 778 of this title as this section and substituted "Secretary" for "Administrator".
EFFECTIVE DATESection effective first day of third calendar month following May 1974, see section 12(4) of Pub. L. 93–289, set out as an Effective Date of 1974 Amendment note under section 1968 of this title.
